Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, we will help you exchange it fairly and quickly.
Exchange window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible items
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging intact where applicable
- No perfume, makeup, or wear marks
Not eligible
- Sale / clearance items (unless faulty)
- Items altered or customized after delivery
- Intimate wear or final-sale marked products
How to request
WhatsApp us on 0314 2042501 with:
- Order number / name used at checkout
- Product name and size received
- Reason for exchange (size / defect / other)
- Clear photos if the item is faulty
Process
Once approved, we will share return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we process your exchange for available stock. Courier fees for non-defect exchanges may apply.
Defective or wrong item
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or suitable resolution as soon as possible.
